1. Service Description

StainBoost provides an ELO boosting service for the game League of Legends.

2. Eligibility

By using our service, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the League of Legends account being boosted.

3. Account Access

For solo boosting services, you agree to grant StainBoost temporary access to your League of Legends account for the duration of the boost.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Not play on your account while a solo boost is active
  • Keep your account credentials secure before and after the service

5. Service Delivery

Boosts typically start within hours of confirmed payment. The total completion time varies depending on the size and complexity of your order.

6. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with Stain via Discord (stain.hs). Orders will only start after payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if the boost hasn't started yet. For in-progress orders, a proportional refund is available based on the number of completed wins versus the total ordered.

8. Account Safety

StainBoost takes account safety seriously by using offline mode, VPN protection matched to your region, and strictly manual gameplay. However, StainBoost cannot guarantee against all risks inherent to account sharing and is not responsible for actions taken by Riot Games.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided on an "as-is" basis. StainBoost is not liable for any account bans, suspensions, or other actions taken by Riot Games.

10. Intellectual Property

The StainBoost branding, logo, and website content belong to StainBoost. League of Legends is a registered trademark and property of Riot Games, Inc. StainBoost is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.

11. Termination

StainBoost reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an ongoing service for any reason, including violation of these terms or abusive behavior.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved through direct communication via Discord.
